Straight from Hodgdon powder website recipe on H4227. 18 grn start and 20 grn max.

I know they don't list the XTP bullet but many of the reloader manuals do with the
18 start 20 max load, that's what I use with the XTP , works for me and damn accurate.

I have used my Mk 40 Dan Wesson .357 Supermag in IHMSA
competition for 23 years, now, and the load I use with either
180 grain jacketed, or the 200 grain lead cast bullets from my
RCBS mold is 19 grains of H-110 or Win. 296, using small rifle
primers. This load has worked for me since I bought this gun.
