Hi , all
Just about ready to load some of this converted 30-30 brass.
1) I've fireformed the brass and trimmed a few to length (carefully with a tubing cutter). Think I will wait 'til I get a file trim die to do the rest.
2) Got the dies.
3) Got a # of H-110.
4) 245 gr. hard cast lead bullets sized .378 from Xtreme Brass due early next week.
5) I found data on sixguns.com:
.375 SuperMag
|
245 gr FP
|
H110
|
22.5 gr
|
1,575 fps
|
Given this info a starting load would be 20 gr. of the H-110. I think I'll give it a try. Work up to stated max. in half grain steps.
What say ye?
Warren
