I have no input to your specific powder selection- I haven't used Norma and they have no published load data for pistol/ revolvers to reference for starting loads.
A word of caution: Burn rate charts have no particular meaning. The amount of nitro percentage varies by powder to powder, and with it, its performance in a specific application.
FWIW, Bofors makes the Alliant, Norma, and RWS Rhino powders. Norma 200 is a match for RWS Rhino RP9.
Finally, IMO, I would look for another powder that has published load data for the 445 SM (WIN 296/ H110/ IMR4227 etc..) until you can get A1680 again.
