Hi All-
I've got a friend who can make a custom barrel for me and was wondering what the experts would suggest for the proper twist rate would be for a 4" barrel. (I can't find a 4" barrel for my Model 15, so....)
I'd like to use a commercial load that would work for a black bear, but I don't know what would be best.

Instead of having one made you might try unbroker. Here's one I found there;

I'm sure there are more, or will be soon. Also, you could buy one from DW. Of course, it would cost more.

It's a porkchop and I haven't seen any of those around, so I thought I'd go this route...
CZ doesn't sell those from what I can tell and if they did, I'd probably just look for a something complete for what they charge...

Coalsdad, the flush barrel M15 Porkchop barrel that you have will need to be ¼ shorter than the usual 15-2 barrel on the muzzle end, otherwise everything else should be the same.
I'm assuming a 1:12 twist is standard, going from previously posted info...
