Lots has been written about the 11 degree chamfer used on forcing cones, but what about 18 and 5 degree chamfers. From what I can gather the 11 degree (Ron Power) was developed for the PPC lead hollow base wadcutters. The 18 degree is for jacketed and hard cast bullets (Pacific Tool & Gauge). The 5 degree is Ruger factory. So what is the best all aroung chamfer or does one go with the Taylor Throating method. Looking for opinions and insite.
