Tried Hoffmans in Newington?
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

There's also Riverview Gun in East Windsor, I don't know how much reloading stuff they carry

Can you mail them? I can get 1000 for about $32.00 at the local Army/Navy store.

Yes, they can be mailed, but I believe the post office needs HazMat fees. I'll check.

DO NOT MAIL THEM!
Primers are classed as explosives. The Post Office won't take them, nor will the other shippers. You must be licensed as an explosives dealer.

USPS is out, but how did I get primers and powder shipped to me before? There must be a way to do it.

There is if your are a licensed explosives dealer and pay the haz-mat fees you can ship them. The inter-net places like midway have the proper licenses, and can ship them. It usually takes a good order to off set the haz-mat fees per pieces shipped.
