I did, and was a little surprised. I reload for:
.223: since I still have 700+ of Federal ammunition to shoot off, brass is no problem, but I do have 1200 bullets in a variety of weights and types and 2000 primers, along with 500 in brass, some primed.
9mm: brass at about 1000 between new/once fired/primed/range salvage. 500 Berry's 125 HP and 2000 primers.
.38/.357: brass at a little over 1000, new/once fired/primed/range salvage, primers 2000, bullets about 1000
.45 ACP: brass at at least 500, new/once fired/ primed/range salvage, primers 1000 (or more depending on the cartridge case), 1000+ in Ranier 185 JHP and cast 200 gr SWC
Powder: 7# Unique/Bullseye/2400/Power Pistol/Reloder 15/AR Comp/
Need:
Bullets in 9 mm (1000), .38/357 (1000 mostly cast SWC), .45 ACP, a variety of light JHP bullets to start playing around with, this will be my new carry caliber and I favor light, fast JHP's that expand easily. Keep an eye out for .22 bullets, but not a top priority
Primers, but they are very available locally, not critical
Powder- need more Bullseye, and I really want some Blue Dot and Reloder 10
Actually, I have a LOT of stuff available, but I want MORE
PS: I'm up to about 7k on .22 lr, but I'll keep buying when I see a good price
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Short answer is not really; my reloading inventory is all visible.
I store brass in transparent plastic storage containers, stack primers on shelves according to type, store powder in one cabinet (- the 8#ers on the floor), and stack bullets on one shelf. Of course, I have three large containers of lead and linotype with a mould for every caliber I shoot, so I don't worry too much about projectiles.
The only issue I have is that all of my reloaded ammunition is not readily seen. I have it stored in those 35# plastic kitty litter containers- I need to do something about that. I'm reloading for 34 cartridges, currently.
.22lr is still not available around here and squirrel season is nearly upon us. I guess I can only shoot about 1500 of them, unless I can line them up just right... the bad news is I'll have to use all my expensive target 22 (mostly Eley, PMC and Lapua).
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Well no I haven't but got lots of stuff. Most of it is packed away right now cuz with all the extra kids I just don't have the time or space to do much with the reloading or shooting "much" for that matter. I do have a plan though, as soon as I catch up on a few things (yea right) I plan to convert part of the hay loft in the barn to a man/reloading cave so I can get all that stuff out of the house and set up where I can actually use it without having to un-pack everything. Or at least that is the plan. Maybe then I can inventory.
Sound like you have a good supply of stuff. But to quote Carlin, "You can never have enough stuff."

What I learned out of this was:
1) Know what you have and work to keep what you have in balance with what you need. I realize that I need bullets, not urgently but I don't want to be sitting on components (cases, primers, powder) that I can't use because I ran out of the "pointy things that close the hole in the case"
2) I bought "something" very consistently, almost weekly for over 18 months. $20-$40 every other week, even through the crisis, when it was available. Once components started coming back on line, I stopped buying because "it's all coming back in the stores, don't need it now". Yeah, right, we are just one big Mall/School shooting away from the next crisis
3) I put spreadsheet on my computer and phone with an inventory of what I have and what I need/want. When I either consume or acquire something, I track it and update.
BTW-Blue Dot is now in the house, grabbed 2 at $19/lb.
Next priority is to lock down about 1K each of .38 and 9mm pointy things (lots of folks around here call them "bullet tips"???)
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
