So y'all remember that butchered 715 8V BA I got a while back ….Here it is for those of you who missed it…
Well, Eric and I talked about turning it into a restoration project barrel--I mailed it to Eric and he gave me his ideas and here it is !!!
As you can see, Eric managed to shorten/repair the damaged end of the barrel--I now have a true hunter barrel with no sight slot. He also drilled/tapped the shroud for a DW scope base I had.
I tossed a red dot on it just to see how it looked--I like it !!!
So if any of you guys need some repair work--Eric is the guy.

That looks real nice and I'll bet it shoots real good too!!! What distance do you plan to sight it in for???

Depends what scope I end up putting on it... I have a 2-7x that would look good too...
