I thought there was a thread that showed step by step in how to make grips but cant find it now. Can anyone help?

Your welcome, But "the man" I'm not, just handy at wood butchering.  I have a much more refined method of in-letting now but it requires a set up of jigs you won't have so the way shown will work good. The best advice I have is be sure and do all the in-letting with first while the block is still square so you have straight edges to index off of. Also don't try to make it fit perfect because the wood will swell with humidity and ruin your day, inlet it several thousandths loose and save your self some grief. Most factory grips are quite loose. If you want any more info just PM me and we will hook up with email or on the phone. Good luck but beware this can be addicting.
