Go to the hardware store and buy one. The thread is not special and you'll probably be able to get one with a Phillips head. I don't know the size / thread but it is standard something. Just make sure you don't get one too long or it will interfere with the hammer spring. I'm sure someone will have better input in no time.

8-32 is the thread size that I have found works. I use hardware store stuff all the time. If you want obscure heads for stuff use McMasterr-Carr catalog, I buy stuff from them all the time at work.

Ifn you can't find something at Ace Hardware that works you can buy them directly from CZ for $4

The problem I have with grip screws is I have checked every distributor I can think of, ( McMaster Carr, Granger, Ace,Fastenal, MSC, and others) they all have the proper size socket head screw, an 1 1/2 inch 8/32 but the wrench size is 9/64 whereas the original DW screws as well as the tool is 5/32. I would gladly buy a box of 100 if I could locate the proper screw. As it is I just use Phillips head screws from the local ACE.

Bruce,
You are correct that the allen size is different on the ones I bought, I guess I should pay attention to that for anything I sell. When working at home I never use the DW wrenches tools anyway and use a hex key set so it does not matter. Good catch
