Never bought them, and I have a man wanting to get them for his Dan. Do they come with a screw for them or does the factory screw used in them??

I assume you mean the rubber grippers. If so, all the ones I've ever bought did not come with a screw, I just used the factory screw. Sometimes you need the longer version for those grips, sometimes not. I have several extra screws I use to mount grips on my various guns, so no big deal really.
