In crusing the net last night, and hanging at some gun sites. I ran across a listing on GUNSAMERICA for new brass. Ellen the GUNLADY had listed a lot of different calibers including a 445 WIN MAG. I contacted her and sure enought she had listed it wrong.
It is in fact 445 Super Mag. I bought a couple hundred at $44.00 per hundred. She has a bunch more. If you want some jump on it. Starline is out and no expected date when they will make more as of now.
Here is the link to the GA listing…
Sure hope this helps.
By the way shot my 445 SM for the first time on thursday. Only got a chance to shot 9 rounds before my scope got loose. I LOVE MY FIRST DAN, 445 SM ROCKS!!

DO
OM- That Model 22 is a "Member Level" rating based on your number of posts, and it moves up through the calibers as you post more. I suggest that you succumb to what we call "Charger Fan Syndrome" and respond/post like a lunatic to build Post Count, This will require you to stay up for up to all hours of the night AND contract Carpal Tunnel Syndrome from all the typing. In addition, we suspect that CF has a Starbucks intravenous caffein connection going, clearly addicted to dangerous drugs
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Ohhhhhhhhh I am a little slow on the uptake. Bet you guys never guessed right?
Make lots of posts.......do they have to make sense?
I have a couple of vids I did on the 445. Some of your fellers saw em on SP, but heck if I don't want to be a 22 guy guess I need to post em here.
Let me go get em.....

DOOM,
Thanks for the heads up. I just purchased a couple hundred new cases too.
I'm glad to hear you got some . I haven't shot either of my 445sm revolvers yet. (Too much work and no play this time of the year.) How's the recoil? I've heard it's no worse than a .44 magnum, but your scope coming loose may indicate otherwise. I've also seen some You Tube videos that suggest otherwise.

Grey Ghost,
I have shot my 445SM only 9 times. From that very little shooting time I can say that NO the recoil is not like a 44 mag. it is more! The 445 is a flat out hoot to shoot!
Them steel fellers have been keeping this wonderful pistol to themselves for much too long. The 445SM would make an outstanding hunting pistol for Deer, Elk, Bear, T-Rex, you name it.
I have the 10" version and it is balenced quite well. I did mount the scope back as far as I could. It feels very good in my hands. I am looking forward to many, many hours of shooting enjoyment with Mr. Dan.
I did a post under the SUPER MAGS has a vid of my first shots. While the recoil is to be respected, it is not going to damage your wrist, or arm. One word of caution however; keep your off hand on the bottom of the grip and hold on real well. Those trigger gurads can bite if your not careful...LOL

GG,
For what it is worth. My 445SM's have never hit me in the head like the Linebaugh did, so go shoot those 445's and git 'r done.
I can't wait…I just need to do some reloading! If I don't "git 'r done" by next weekend, I likely won't have a chance until around Christmas…busy time of the year for me at work plus hunting season's in full swing.
