Does anyone know where i could find a snubnose barrel for a  High Standard Sentinel MK2 .357?

Or have any info on making a shroud and maybe buying a barrel from EWK. I have access to a machine shop and someone that has the knowledge to machine the part, but i need to know if the shroud is heat treated and what kind of steel can be used.

I think if you reach out to Eric at EWK, he can help you out with the info you need.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Know that the early 14's and D 11's will work on this one! MK ll is the non adjustable sight, I am thinking!

Finding a HS barrel assembly will be very difficult. It would be easier to find a complete gun.lol2

As Dave said, the DW barrels will fit the HS frame & will work just fine, they just won't have the correct roll marks. The 14-1 shroud will be a perfect match to your frame, without needing a front sight change. The shrouds are not heat treated, but I believe the barrels are.

Got anycool-pics of your MKII to share? Here's a pair of mine, MKII & III.smile

I am more interested in functionality than form. I hope to be able to make this my carry weapon but as of right now it is larger than my Taurus so it will be left at home until i can make that happen.

Nice hs not many of these around and as said ba's will be hard to find. 14 or d11 will work fine. A 2" called out on gb wrong is a d11 would work... Keep US posted on the hunt or if u make one!
