Ok I have been doing some searching on the forum for topics about refinishing Dan Wessons.  I haven't been able to find much a topic here and there with a few recomendations but very few pics.  I personally am interested in a brushed hard chrome.    I am a little concerned about possible chipping/flaking where the shroud comes into contact with the frame.

Has anyone had any experience with this?  Or other finishing processes.  I also like the idea of Robars NP3 plus but not sure about the look.

Questions comments and most important pictures.

thx

If hard chrome is done right it will not chip.Ihad 350 shafts industrial hard chromed and they cycle up and down through a packing box about 10 times a hour for over 5 years with no signs of wear but then it depends on who is doing the plating.
