Check on the accurate reloading forum or Hornady web sites for what you are looking for. There are a ton of good loads you can use. If you haven't already, get a reloading book as well. Lots to learn in there. Good luck!
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

AA-1680, IMR4227 or even H-110 should get the job done as far as powders. Many of the recipes out there call for small rifle primers if they fit the brass you are using otherwise use small pistol magnum primers. As far as bullets go I have not loaded with 200gr. I use the 180 grain Hornady XTP's in mine.

Don't over look Hodgon LilGun. Its a nice slower powder. Great for longer barrels and heavy bullets, though it seems to like jacketed.
I loaded up 180gr Cast keith style in .357 ( not maximum). Does good out of a 6" EH barrel (but not so fun in a VH6.. well maybe for a a shot or 6.. but not an all day thing)
Soap Box, Ballot Box, Ammo Box
in that order.
