My reloading bench, when I lived in an apartment, was build on a Black & Decker Workmate 400. When I was finished reloading, I removed the presses and folded the Workmate to save room. That setup worked so well, that when I moved into a house, I just used the same thing in a spare bedroom. This is it.

Looks like enough stuff to load for the "downsized" military

Some say 38/357 these do not. Free shipping till the 4th !!

No, it will not. Why are you getting only the 3-die set not the four?
The manufacturers website states;
Note: The 357 Mag die set can load maximum cases. The 357 Mag cannot load the 38 Special.

For .357 Magnum, I suggest the Lee 90964;
Note: you may use the 38 Special die set to reload for the 357 Mag. You would have to back out the Powder Thru Expander Die, and the Bullet Seating and Crimping Die about 2 turns to compensate for the longer 357 case.

That Workmate idea was the BOMB !! I had a WM 200 I hadn't used in 25 years, now it's finally doing something !!

This morning (6am) was finally cool (under 70*), so I spent some time in the shed and cleaned up the bench. Wanted to get ready for a session of loading some target .38 Special for my ICORE matches each month, where I burn through about 136 rounds.
While researching data on the Hodgon website, I found info for a load using powder I already have on hand for .45 ACP and since I already have lots of SPP's, all I had to do was order some bullets, which I decided on the coated LSWC from Missouri Bullet Co.

What powder is it ?? I made some 38, 357 and 44 w/CFE Pistol, surprisingly little amount used, esp.compared to H110.
H110 357s were BAD to the BONE !!

Please stay on Topic, the last couple of posts are about loads, powder, bullets, shooting in matches, etc.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I did some refining since the last pic of my set up and am using it now too.
The clock radio we had in the basement not being used, after I put up a small light
on the right I realized the radio had a bright light on it !!! The workmate though is great,
got 2 presses and my trimmer on it. My bike sits where cart is and I can fold up WM and
move cart in winter. Also got the case cleaner off the bench out of the way.

For those of you familiar with my other shown reloading set-up, the twisting from the stool to the bench apparently just got to be too much for my back. So, I've recently acquired a Frankford portable table to set press on. A compromise that I might add now requires farther travel to use the toilet.

Yes, a bit messy. We are getting ready to move it to another room since this is now my wife's office and I can't do any work at it while she is working. Dies pretty much permenantly set in this press are the .40/10mm case bulge remover and the Lee Universal Decapping die. At the moment the die that lets me put my Lyman powder measure is in place, but it is a temporary spot so it doesn't go walk about. When the bench is moved, I will be able to add the shelf for the powder measure's permanent home.
