How can you take off cylinder to rechamber without taking gun apart?

I guess it depends on what you consider taking the gun apart.  If you are referring to Dan Wessons I would say the answer in no.

If it's a DW, you will at least need to remove the side plate to get the cylinder off. With a Porkchop, you can remove the shroud, then the crane/cylinder slips right out.

Walt - you need to get in there and start tearing some guns apart.  Once you do a couple you can do them blindfolded - they're the simplest firearms on the planet to tear down.

well it took all of 5 minutes to take out cylinder thanks to shoots instructions.I have a couple questions does ejector rod unscrew from cylinder? C clip has a flat side on it which way does it go it fell out when I playing aroung trying to find it.Good news is very clean inside only one small rub mark.Ihave wolf sping kit so I might as well put it inI will rent reamernext week and start to rechamber.thanks walt
