You want to adjust that to reduce rearward travel of the trigger after the hammer drops. Just keep adjusting until the hammer won't drop when you pull the trigger, then back it off to get minimum overtravel after the hammer drops, more easily adjusted in single action.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
