I can't find your original post so I can't speak the the grips with not DW medallion issue except to say that id the grips are rubber, they are probably Pachmeyer and very few of those came with DW medallions.
If the grips are wood with no medallions, they are probably aftermarket, such as Hogue.
About the T shaped tool; those were the standard DW issue. You can find the plastic ones, which seem to be the most common ones DW packed with their guns, on eBay and GB. Just be careful about caliber. There's one on eBay right now advertised as fitting .22, .32, .37/.357. In actuality it's for a .38/.357 and will not fit a .22 or .32.
A lot of people complain that the plastic ones break all the time. I have never had one break, there's just no need to put that much pressure on it, IMHO. I have 14 DW revolvers and several extra of the plastic tools with no breakages.
That said; the tools I always carry in my range bag are made by EWK (see the link in the right hand column). They are beautifully made and tough as nails.

Nice pics of a nice Pack! What you have is the original style barrel tool, check on Ebay for the plastic tools, you also will find DW grips there too.
You also have the same style patch and buckle which is nice, check the date on your retail price list which can help with manufacter date.
Nice Pack great pic's!

Rich:
Regarding your grip issue. In the pack are a Pachmayr Gripper (the rubber one) which is worth some money because a lot of the guys really love them. It probably has a Pachmayr medallion. If it has a DW medallion it could be worth some serious money. I have only seen one with a DW medallion.
The other grip in the case is a combat style grip which, as you can see in your brochure, was never supplied with a medallion.
The grip on the gun, however, may be an aftermarket reproduction of a DW target grip. The DW target grips were supplied with either a DW medallion (the more recent editions) or a DWA medallion (early edition) which, as you can also see in your brochure, is apparently the one that should be on your gun. You can probably find one on GB.
I don't think DW ever made a target style grip without medallions, though they may have in the early years.
I hope this answers your grip questions.

The retail price list has a date of April 1 1977. The list price for this pac is 395.00
The grip has a pachmayr emblem and it has Dan Wesson printed on the inside.

That barrel tool (the two piece spud and flat wrench) is the correct, original type wrench for a 1977 Pack.
That grip may be a DW item, mine came with an identical (but non-checkered) grip, also no medallion.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
