Ok so my new springs came in yesterday and I now just got done putting them in (using this very helpful forum) and giving the inside of the gun a good cleaning. I replaced the hand spring, the trigger return spring, and the hammer spring. Good news is there is a nice trigger pull, bad news is it didnt fix my original problem. The cylinder is still not being turned enough. On the back side of the hand there is a notch where the cylinder contacts the hand. Could that notch be worn down too much? The gun hasn't been shot much and there is very little wear on the internal parts. Any suggestion are greatly welcomed.

ITS FIXED! I was messing around with the plate off and noticed that if i pushed down on the hand it will push the cylinder all the way into place. I then thought to myself "Does the plate push down on the hand?" I then remembered when taking it apart the top plate screw was loose. So I put it all together and tightened the plate screws. And it worked. So all it was was a loose plate screw. At least i had an excuse for my wife for buying new springs so im not complaining. Also i got a chance to really learn how the gun worked. Thank you everyone for all your help, I really appriciate it. Now im looking foward to getting it to the range and try out the new springs.

Glad you fixed it. If you are a shooter and not a polisher you need to keep an eye on
your side plate screws. Because the plate keeps the internals in check. Plus keep an eye on your cylinder release set screw. It could loosen and back out. That's why you have all those allen wrenches on your multi tool. 'DO NOT STRONG ARM YOUR SCREW'S OR THE BARREL NUT". Just make sure they are snug. Now that she is up and running get out there and have fun with that great gun.
