Seems I have just enough parts to try and compare them.
So first up is my main gun ( the one I shoot most). This has the SS trigger and hammer from a parts pack from ebay years ago... so besides being SS what WRONG with this pick?
And no its not the clear goo on the table....
Earlier gun ( by SN)
Note the "hollow" hammer...
Here's the orginal hammer and trigger to my gun. Note the "filled in" hammer and lack of set screw on the trigger. Which answers the question on the first pic : two trigger screws!
Lastly-- of the four 15-2 triggers I have... only my original 1986 one has the cross-hatch thumb, the rest are just one-way serrated.
Soap Box, Ballot Box, Ammo Box
in that order.

The trigger travel limiter screw originated in the trigger, then moved to the frame in the late 80's. The trigger in your 1st pic isn't original to the gun…no way was the gun shipped with two limiter screws. (woops, I re-read your post...you put that trigger in there)
Regarding the hammer changes on 15-2's…there are three designs (absolutely open for debate) that I've noticed so far (none of which I seem to have pics for today ). DW started with the "straight knurl-open (hollow) design"…
Which used the straight-cut (knurl) hammer spur.
Then came the "open design" cross-knurled hammer spur.
Then came the "closed design" cross-knurled hammer spur.
The whose SS vs. Blued thing on hammers & triggers, I haven't figured out yet…maybe a special ordered option on some? I dunno.
