Sunday was my second trip to the range with my new dan 32 mag. I shot both magnum and 32 long ammo with rcbs simi wad cutter and full wad cutter  both go close to 100 gr. I cast both with wheel weights with  just a bit of tin. So far accuracy is not great but then again i am not a great pistol shooter. i find the trigger to be a bit harder to get used to than S&W revolvers, but i must admit i have had a lot more experience with them. i shot both winchester 231 powder and sr 7625 i would give a slight edge to the 7625 as the groups seemed a bit tighter. So far i havent cronographed either load as i am more interested in grouping than speed. Now i would like to get some information on how to take the cylinder out and maybe purchase a spring kit from wolf. are there take-down instructions somewhere on the web?  I am really a new commer to the dan wesson but from what i have seen so far this will not be my last purchase. joe gifford aka argie1891

In the "Archives" tab at the very top of this screen, there's a link to a copy of user's manuals. These will show an exploded view of your gun...here's the one for small frame DW's, hope this helps.Smile

Joe:

Unless you really want a spring kit from Wolf, you can buy kits from DW.  They're $29.00 (or $29.95).
