I am considering have the DW 32 I just purchased reamed out to accept .327 Federal Magnum. Anyone had any experience with this and want to share experience etc? Thanks.
I can't answer whay you asked, but from what I know 32s are rather rare, why do you want to. ?? Are 32 rounds that hard to find or are the 327 F Mags better ? Maybe concider finding another cylinder to mod.

The .327 Federal Magnum is actually a super magnum having replaced the .32 H&R Magnum as the pinnacle of the cartridge diameter (both use a .312" bullet), so no reaming would be required.
But, the .32 H&R Magnum cartridge is only 1.350" in OAL and the .327 Federal is 1.47", so you'd have to measure cylinder bore length.

SAFETY DISCLAIMER: I am not suggesting you try the idea below, it should only be considered a theoretical discussion.
This issue has got me thinking .. since the .327 is only .12" longer, I wonder if it would be possible to back the barrel out and re-gage it off the protruding bullet, instead of the cylinder face. One issue might be the barrel nut not seating all the way.

I had my 732 V4 cylinder reamed for the 327 Fed Mag. Took it to the range and it fired great, only thing was you couldn’t eject the empties. Had to pound them out. Took it back to the smith with 6 rds, he polished the chambers and fired the 6 rds (he said), all works fine. I took it to the range and same stuck cartridges. Not sure he did anything. So I will take it back to him one more time and we’ll see what happens. The 327 Fed Mag goes off about twice the pressure of the H&R Mag. I think this would account for the sticking problem. How to solve it is still pending. Maybe more and better polishing? Shooting it was great fun!
