It's not a pre-production Pac, but it is early...like 1970, the first year. You did good nabbing that one, way to go!
I'm curious about the serial number, is it 2 or 3 digits? I don't know how long they used the first style Pac cases, but I have a hunch that they ended sometime during the 3 digit area.
Here's a pair I was fortunate enough to land a couple years ago...
