Good morning I ahve always wanted a 414 SM and like 218 others just never bought one when they existed.
I have a 375 SM and looking into doing a change to 414 SM when I return to the U.S. next summer. A kind feller advised me the barrel threads are the real challenge. I have 41 mag barrels stored and I have the 414 cylinder. I also have an extra .375 barrel for my 375 SM frame. So if it was YOU how would you approach the barrel swap ?
Thanks !

Good morning My .375 will NOT be altered... The barrel I use will be altered to the .375 frame. The 414 cylinder I have will be altered IF necessary. I persionaly like the 375 caliber... It was the only way I could pop deer in Illinois with my favorite caliber .375. As it was a simple matter to duplicate 38-55 (Balck Powder) balistics it is a natural.
