I have always had problems with my DW 375 Super Mag related to difficulty ejecting spent brass, and difficulty spinning the cylinder after firing some rounds.
I was ready to give up on this gun because I reasoned it was undependable.
I tried using a lighter load, and the gun works fine now. Brass ejects easier and the gun action does not stick.
I went from 220 gr bullets and 21.8 gr H110 powder to 200 gr bullets and 19.2 gr H110 powder.
We tend to think that "more is better". This is not always the case, in making coffee or loading ammo.
Has anyone else seen this issue?

After reading a similar discussion from Supermagger, I tried switching from H110 / IMR 4227 to Vihtavuori N120.
I no longer have any issues with ejecting the spent brass, or rotating the cylinder.
Apparently the underlying problem was related to using fast-burning powder instead of slow burning.
I originally thought that the issue was tied to using heavier grain 220 bullets, since the problem kind of went away when I went to 200 grain bullets.
Now I can fire 200 or 220 grain bullets in my DW 375 SuperMag with no issues.
I am now a big fan of Vihtavuori N120 for this gun.
