What length barrels are offered for the DW 44 mag? I was thinking of a 2.5" or 3" for a conciled carry. Just thinking.proud-to-be-an-american

If you check the right sidebar "Where can I get parts for my Dan Wesson?" you will find some resources there.

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Thanks Steve, I sent an e-mail to CZ but that did not answer my question. I was wondering if there were shorter than 6" or 8" barrelsout there. I figure someone on here could let me know. I have only seen 44mags with long barrels. Thanks again,Pat

"CZ" will most likely not respond. "CZ" is not really Dan Wesson revolver oriented. Call Priscilla at DW in Norwich, NY and you will get accurate, up to date info, and my guess is that you will get some pretty good news.

The most common offerings for the 44 were 4", 6", 8" and 10".  CZ-USA \ DW did produce a small run of 2.5" or 3" barrel assemblies a while back. It's normally very difficult to find original 4" assemblies so your best bet is the factory.

I sent an e-mail to Keith at CZ-USA and he had Priscilla reply with the below info. I put this here for other members who might be interested in a short barrel. Thanks to all,Pat dwf-sign

Good morning

Thanks Bang Plop for that info.  A 2.5 on my 41 Mag would be great for the kayak.  Mike in Peru   proud-to-be-an-american
