I've read that there were stainless 15-2 models. How would I be able to pinpoint the difference? If there is one that is. Thanks!

They are one in the same; A stainless steel model 15-2 is what people call the revolver when they don't know the model number is a model 715.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....
