I have been searching for scope mounts that don't require drilling and tapping, are there any still made?

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I've read that thread but was just wondering if any small companies had popped up since that thread was 2010.
