I've gotten in the habit of setting all of my DW's at .002 and they all shoot excellently at this spec. Just be sure to rotate the cylinder 6 times (5 for the Lil' Dan, of course) to check the gap for each position of the cylinder. Make sure that there is no more than a light drag on the feeler gauge at each position. If one position is really tight loosen it up to the light drag point. If you set the gap too tight, the cylinder will bind once the gun has heated up. Works for me.

BATFE now accepts fax or email FFL, he's just being a jerk. He's willing to take advantage of the Web to sell, but not accept FFL?
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

I cleaned up my new Pride and Joy, and got her out in the bright sun today, and I'm pretty sure that “Ol Dan Wesson” was grinning and giving me a big Thumbs Up
I know it's been covered before, but I'm too lazy to search, so why don't you guys run up your Post Count and tell me what wax you use?

I am using the next to last can of original Blue Coral car wax from a case my dad bought in the '60's. It's the kind that you only do about 6 square inches at a time (when doing the cars) or you'll never get it polished out.
It's a shame that you can't buy this any more. It's hard work but it lasts forever. I only have to do my cars once a year and then I have to use a wax remover to get it all off. With Mother's, which is my second choice, I have to wax the cars at least three time a year.
Too much information, I know.
So shoot me.
