I have read numerous posts on the forum which reference barrels in one way or another but I can't find anything specific on what I would like to learn.
I have a vented stainless 10 inch .22 BA in a Ram shroud, and a 744 VH-10 BA and I have seen the SuperMags in stainless. But are there other stainless barrels available in sizes over 10 inch or are they all blued?
I also saw reference to EWK possibly making long barrels at one time and would like the skinny on that one.
And then I saw a Monson revolver in a pistol pak but the barrels didn't say DW but just gave caliber....?? A marriage?
Appreciate any answers you can give...

The 15/715 had barrels available in 2.5,4,6,8,10,12&15 inches in both vent and vent heavy, perhaps others butI'm not certain. The large and supermag guns only had barrels up to ten inches available. There may have been a few custom longer barrels but I'm not aware of any.

Monson BA roll marks are two-line; Dan Wesson and caliber. The Palmer facility only used a one-line roll mark on BA's, the caliber. Norwich uses a one-line laser etching of the caliber only.
715 and 15-2 BA's did come in standard and heavy in the long sizes too. Rare though. Palmer one line roll mark started in 1991. The Pistol pack could have been a transition pack with a left over Monson frame or more likely, it is not am original pack, but acquired separately. EWK did make 12 and 15" BA's for the large frame guns. Also 21/2". Eric probably would make one to order the next time he makes a batch if asked. Dan Wesson never did because they would be obscenely heavy I think. Also IHMSA had a weight limit. A bipod would be cool though for hunting with one.

IHMSA has weight limits of 4 pounds for a Production handgun or Revolver. The also have a maximum barrel length of 10 3/4". Those 12 and 15" barrels could be shot in the Unlimited category as long as they weighed less than 6 pounds with iron sights or 7 pounds with optics. However, they would be competing against single-shots and bolt action guns. It would still be fun to shoot it, though not competitive against those types.
