This is in regards to the large and small frame Dan Wesson revolvers-Are there any steel bolt on scope mounts still available?
I had an original steel Dan Wesson bolt on mount awhile back and it was very nice.
Can you get them from CZ/Dan Wesson still or did they switch to the Weigand aluminum mounts?

Warne has a tactical rail that works with the factory D&T hole spacing. It looks like it still lets you use the iron sights thru the groove in the center, too. I would love to see something like this but longer for more ring placement options.
I got one to mount a Bushnell TRS-25 and be able to remove the optic and still use my irons.

I read the question about bolt on scope mounts and thought someone would throw out B Square mounts. I purchased a 445 super mag years ago. With the gun came a B Square mount which attached to the rib. The mount had slots for three rings, and screws on the top rail that could be turned down on the rib in addition to the side clamps. I purchased a weaver quik point red dot sight to replace a 1 1/2 power scope that came on the gun. I still have everything mounted just as I described above. I have shot deer with this gun and have never had an issue with the scope mount.
