It's not very likely. Since the release of the 715 back in 2010 there has only been a very small number of guns that have made it through production, and the price is out of range for most shooters. You might better go with another brand if you're looking for a new .44 mag.

CZ has never committed to DW revolvers, producing very few 715's, and the only new 715's that approached a sensible price point were the blems. They put them in a "Pistol Pack" case, but never sold any Pistol Packs. I have not checked their prices for B/A's, but it would not surprise me if it cost $600-800 to add the additional barrels.
CZ's best money bet would be to go the SuperMag route, more likely to yield the big dollar price point they are looking for
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

7 prefix denotes a stainless model; 744 is a stainless 44. 709 is a stainless 38 special, etc... this link helps
