about the fuglyist DW revolver I ever saw with those tiny grips.  I'd say they were custom or aftermarket except they have the DW medallion on them.  It just seems all out of proportion to me with that long barrel.

It is a custom, the factory limited addition gun had a fixed bayonet lug.

They're actually original factory grips.  They're good for a small hand or for concealment - they actually don't look too bad on a 2.5 in. brl. like this mod. 14 from an old armslist posting.  But agreed- on this 6 in. brl. 15-2 a target grip would look much nicer.

I agree, that grip style does look out of place on anything but a snubby.

They are in high demand. They have almost doubled in price in the last couple of years. $60 is not unusual and I have seen them go for about $80. The square butt version is a bit less.
