Good Morning HoustonTexan,

You can fire 38 Special, 38 Special +P and 357 Mag from your revolver with no issue.  If you fire a lot of 38's you will want to make sure you clean your cylinder well because a carbon ring can form making it more difficult chambering 357's.  Although I have never had this issue.
