I am new to the forum, bought my first Dan Wesson last month, model 15-2. I am thinking of ordering another barrel and shroud from CZ, what is your opinion of their quality? And would the finish match closely to my Monson pistol?

The finish is nice on the new one's from CZ but I would check out Gunbroker and get a barrel and shroud from the Monson era.

Thanks! I love the pistol. Thinking of looking for a nice 714 or 715 to go with it.

I agree with Dan Fan.  Since you are looking for the easiest to find barrell assemblies it would be great to stay with Monson produced items.  The CZ ones are fabulous but do not resale as well when mixed with Monson frames.  The CZ items are especially valuable when you can't find an original to fit out your needs
