Here's my 15-2VH (s/n 5610x), a Monson gun, which originally came with the 6" barrel and I have added the 2.5" and 4".  I sent it to Austin Behlert long ago to have the SS Chromalloy finish applied.  It is also sporting one of Behlert's rear target sights.  I still have the original grips but I like the feel of the Pachmayr better.  A gripper set would be nice.

I like the finish- thanks for sharing.  How does it hold up?

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

It holds up very well.  I got it back in 1978 when I was in high school and had the finish put on it a couple years later and nothing has flaked, cracked or peeled off since.  Since then I have acquired the 2" and 4" barrels and they were plated by Mahovsky Metalife which matches perfectly.

Sometime between 1982 and 1987 for an SD Serial Number, kinds of depends on the actual number

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.
