I'm getting older and thinking about my collection and how little to not at all I use most of it these days. No kids, no family that isn't liberal anti gun to some extent so after 40 years of only buying guns of various sorts and never selling even one, I'm looking to find good homes for some of them. For this forum I have 3 Dan Wessons, one of which I'm definitely keeping as I still sometimes hunt with it. I actually ran into a young man at cabela's today and we got caught up in a long conversation, not just about guns. Nice kid, engineering student that got introduced to firearms and reloading in the last year by his uncle and loves it. He emailed me while we were at cabelas so I would have his email address when I got home. I sent him pictures and descriptions of several rifles/pistols/revolvers I haven't used in a long time and any he wants to buy I'll sell to him. He is in North Carolina and I'm in South Carolina, but the handguns are not a problem, he has 9 pistol purchase permits already(NC thing) and his FFL does 25 dollar transfers. I can meet him at the FFL in 30 or so minutes from my house and no shipping involved. He thinks his uncle, who got him into it and likes to buy himself, may want to go in with him and get more than one. He loves the pre 64 winchester model 88 thinks his uncle will buy it in a heartbeat, and my 1977 S&W 25-3 125th anniversary 45 colt he wants for himself. He is going to get with his uncle and talk. Don't worry about someone ruining a collectors piece, I bought the 45 colt from a young stupid kid that inherited it and decided to shoot it, not much but enough to knock much of the collectors value off it. It's in 98+ condition. I even shot 20 rounds out of it when I got home since it already had a light turn line and clearly had been shot a little more than factory test shots. At least he kept it in the display case with the book and medal.
Anyway, For Dan Wessons I have a blue (not purple) Monson model 15-2 pistol pack in great condition with everything, It may be missing an extra sight insert, I haven't shot it in years(bought my current home in 2011 and I know I have never shot it since I've lived here), I prefer one of my S&W's and even a Ruger when shooting 357.
I also have a Monson 41 mag stainless vent heavy with an 8 inch barrel and a 10 inch barrel. I have no idea what either is actually worth and really want to stick to FTF transactions so I can get a feeling about the person I'm selling to. Same thing as the 357, I have a beautiful S&W model 57 that is so much sweeter to shoot. And a scoped 41 mag desert eagle when I feel the need for something heavy to shoot off a bench.
I tried uploading images to Imgur but it keeps hitting 100%, gets stuck, and eventually says image upload failed. I know condition is everything but what is a reasonable price range? Reasonable defined as prior to Covid and current dumb a$$es running the country, not looking to gouge at all.

Got Imgur to work this morning, kind of. I had to save the 41 mag picture upside down and flipped horizontally to have it display correctly, but the pistol pack didn't need that done. Both are Monson guns.

I got a PM from a member here interested in the 41 mag. I read through his posts here to see what kind of feeling I had about him and then sent him a text asking a good time to call him. He called me not too long after and we talked for nearly an hour. He made an offer on the 41 mag and I accepted it. I told him I may go dark for a couple days due to sprint/t-mobil merger and my old Sprint phone won't work starting Jan. I have a new factory unlocked phone that t-mobile is supposed to get me a sim and activate this afternoon, but, the slight possibility exists that I won't have phone service for a day or two. Since I live in the middle of nowhere, tethering my phone is the only internet access I have so I'd lose that to. If I dissapear for a couple days, that is why.
Does anybody have an idea of the value range of the pistol pac?
