I have a question?
I love guns and was left a revolver from my grandfather after his passing. I am not a big fan of revolvers but I needed a barrel nut for my revolver. As I started researching I found that I have a Dan Wesson 738p stainless steel and that it is a rare pistol.
Here is my question, I keep seeing pictures of this firearm but mine is different. It has a FWC with two circles around where your thumb would be if shooting right handed. What does it stand for? Why does mine have it and no one else? I can tell that this is factory and my grandfather was the first owner.
Thank you,
Ricky

First Off Welcome to the DWF! Second did you get a barrel nut for your Lil' Dan? I think the Wesson Firearms Co. is correct. If you know when he bought it add the serial number to our list! If you need a Barrel Nut contact EWK he has them in stock and the correct wrench!

Thank everyone for your replies. I will add some pictures in the next few days, I got the barrell nut on order from your suggest site. My gun looks just like lbruce a few pics from the bottom and the other side looks like the last picture. I do not have receipt just instruction manual etc, even orginial box, but my grandfather passed away last year so no way to find out. Jody my serial number looks like the same as yours except the last is 1300 when I get home I will look. I wanted to add it but I can find a year, I think it is 91 or 92.
Thanks again,
Ricky
