So I messaged Eric Wesson today about a Hunter Pac for sale on GB It had a letter with his name on it and the seller has it listed as a Hunter pac. Well he told me something I did not know and it's a sure fire way to ID a real Hunter pac. He said they did not even mill the hole in the end of the barrel for a regular site to go into. I ran to my new 32-20 to check and sure enough there is no sight and no hole or insert to put a sight into. Thought I would pass this info on. Here is a pic of the gun we were talking about and my gun a couple of pics of the barrel with the scope and no place for a site. I'm sure some of the top experts new this already. Seems a bit weird they would not cut the hole just in case someone wanted to remove the scope.
