Do you guys think that having a Dan Wesson in .327 mag is a good idea?-and I was curious to see if my .32 H&H magnum is capable of firing them. Just wanted see your opinions?

From what I've read about the round, most writers seem to like it. Now whether your DW is capable of safely chambering & firing that round, I have no idea. A gunsmith is the guy to ask that question to.

Would probably depend if the cylinder is long enough to be reamed to accept the longer case and still keep the round inside the cylinder length dimension.

Guys, I just measured my cylinder and overall length is 1.625. If I'm not mistaken the OAL of the 327 Mag is 1.460 that it could be made to fit. Now the question is the cylinder strong enough to handle the pressure?
I think that would be a question for Keith at DW to answer.
