Hello all ... I am new to the Forum, I am a member in good standing over on the Smith Wesson forum, the fella's told me to come over here and get your advise.  I am looking for a fair value, trade/sale value.  Dan Wesson Model 14, 357 cal from 1974. S/N  3594X ..  Complete, original box, warranty card, tools, manual and price manual. Gun is pristine and would rate it a solid 95-98 %.  I have it over on the SW Forum for trade or offers.   If you have some information or advise you can PM.

Thank You in advance, Brian

Hey, Brian...welcome to the DWF. One of the first rules is that you drop by New Members Introduction and let us know a bit about you...actually this post is pretty good but in the wrong place. And admin doesn't want anyone posting personal contact info on the forums...just through PM (private messaging).

Thought I'd catch you before the help does...sometimes they are a bit stern.

Thank you, I sure want to follow the rules. Where should I have posted this ?   I was thinking the " Revolvers' would be a good starting place.   Thank You very much for the heads up.

Respectfully, Brian

Brian,  Thanks for the New Member intro and editing your post.  I haven’t followed 14 prices closely but looking at what you have, I’d say your trade value is in the $500 Range.  It’s in very nice condition and you have the extras which help out.  Ron

Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

Thank You Ron,   I been collecting SW for years, this is my first Dan Wesson, don't see them around here much.

Thank You,  Brian

Well, the left side of the gun looks good, and the box so far...what about the other side? Recoil shield, cylinder? Any better lighting on these areas? I assume you know the drill.wink

So far it appears to be in nice shape.
