Last night on Numb3rs, comcast played what was supposedly a rerun, though I'd never seen it before and I am usually religious about recording it.
The episode was named "Jacked" and the bad guy used a 715 VH2.5. It was clearly visible in many scenes.
When he was told to put it down he placed it gently on the floor. Perhaps that's why it appeared to be in such excellent contition.

I think that was mentioned here once before, so when it came on last night I was watching for it. My wife thinks I'm nuts for constantly stopping, "rewinding", and freeze framing on the DVR hunting for Dan Wessons.
I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

That's exactly what my wife thought. She said "it's obviously a Dan, why do you have to step through every frame?"

God Bless the inventor of DVR. I record shows and watch them later. My DVR has a 1 Minute Fast Forward, so it's pretty easy to click through commercials.
