I recently purchased a High Standard Sentential Mark II, 6" barrel in .357 mag. I also have a DW 15-2 with an 8" barrel in .357 mag. It wasn't until I did some research on the High Standard that I found out that it was made by DW in the early 70s. My question is, will the barrels interchange between the two guns?
Some of the posts I have read make me believe that the sights may not line up properly, but I am just curious if the guns are that close in make. The High Standard feels and reacts just like the DW. I feel like I really hit the jackpot whit this purchase.
Thank you for your help.

A similar style B/A will interchange freely between HS and DW. Depending on the gun or B/A there may be some problems, for example a B/A from a fixed sight gun (HS or DW) will not work well on an adjustable sight gun of either variety.
Pictures always help in getting answers to these questions, and

I went to a bookstore and asked the saleswoman "Were is the Self Help Section?" She said if she told me, it would defeat the purpose.

Here is a list of the various shroud types used.

As Ole Dog stated, the HS Porkchop shroud will not interchange with your 15-2 shroud, the overall design is much different. However, the innards of your Sentinel MK II is almost identical to your 15-2 & will be a great shooter for you. Congrats on your score!
Not to hijack your thread, but since I have been digging around in my photo stash this morning, I thought I may as well share a shot of my 4" MK II
Here's the Sentinel brothers, a MK II & MK III in their cozy case.
