im looking to put a scope on it anyone have any suggestion on what kind of sope

IMO, it shouldn't be scoped. That BA is pretty short for any optics, but if you must, I'd stay with a 2x or so is all. Nikon Monarch, Bushnell Elite or Burris would do you well. NC Star or the like would get rattled apart, I believe.
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

I put a Bushnell Trophy 2-6x32 long eye relief on my 44 with 8v barrel. It shoots well and scope can be adjusted 17" each side of center at 25 yards. Never checked vertical movement. I have a 6" barrel if I don't need the scope.
My new dilemma is for my 15-2. I picked up a 10" barrel on Monday. Now I'm thinking of what to do with that. I might leave it as is, its long and a little nose heavy now. If I scope it I could always return to the 6" barrel as well. But before I go too far I think I'll shoot it as is for a while.

I scoped a 44 with EWK 8" RH. The combined weight of the Leupold 2X and the RH made the 44 felt recoil more like a stout 357.
