Another option is to purchase a Ruger rear sight and then get a white outline replacement blade from Brownells: http://www.brownells.com/.aspx/pid=12246/Product/SIGHT_BLADE__REAR__HIGH__WHITE_OUTLINE
Technically, the glass is always full; half liquid, half air....

My Ruger Blackhawk rear sight came today. Took about 15 min to install. Came with springs and roll pin. About $22 delivered from Midway.
I like them. The wobbly sights were really bugging me!. Now I like my pistol again.
I even think the Ruger logo is kind of cool. No pics.
