This is my first DW that I bought several years ago.
What a nice shooting gun.
It has the Monson rollmark on it. The last time I check the serial number, I think it worked out to be mid to late 1980's.
I bought this one, and really enjoyed the way it shot... and then I learned about the whole interchangeable barrel system. Then I found out about the pistol packs... so I started I started sorta looking out for one of those and eventually acquired one earlier this year.
This is my pistol pack, here in another post.
One difference I have noticed is the finish on this one looks fine, however the finish is much flatter? or more dull than the other, older mod. 15 one that I have.
However, that does not affect how it shoots.
