I have purchased a DW model 744 back in 98.It came with a large case,8 barrels,4",6",8",&10" two of each,magna ported.I used the gun while in Grizzly country NW Montana.Never had to use it on a bear thankfully,but did run into a few Grizzlies and many black bears.Question is,was this a special gift,with the case being exceptionally manufactured.Came with barrel gauge,different colored sights,red & white,and extra barrels.All I know is that it shoots very accurately.

Largebore, the truth of Dan Wessons is shrouded in antiquity. Soon folks will be asking for pictures of your exceptional setup. Do you have two of each barrel assembly(shroud, barrel and nut) or one shroud and two barrels of each lenght. If it's two shrouds you need another frame.lol. The case sounds handcrafted but pictures will help. Welcome to the Forum
