Does anyone have a new shroud from CZ/DW on a 44.  Other than the difference in the 44 Magnum stamp is the fit, alignment, blue finish and vented rib height the same as the Monson era shrouds?

Can't speak for a blue .44 shroud, but my stainless VH8 for my .22 Mag is perfect.

Mike-- What a nice looking DW! The stocks are some of the best I have ever seen and look 3-D.  Curious of the type of wood?

Also cant speak for blued 44 but my stainless 445 supermag looks as good if not better than the factory barrel assembly fit and finish.

Those grips were made by LB Custom Grips out of Bird's Eye Maple.

Take a look at the gallery on his site (link near the top of the left-hand column).

He does fabulous work and his prices are very reasonable. I think I have 6 or 7 of his grips on my Dan's.
