I looked at that once before and it was sold pending funds--too bad, looked like a great deal. The Ruger is a good deal also.

I kind of thought about calling to get the info on the Ruger, but those little cowboy grips always turn me off. The big grips are one very important thing to me about my DW's and why I just can't get into K frame Smith's.

I live within an hour of there , and had been looking for a 44......thanks for posting the link, just got an email back from him confirming the sale...
I am still out in AZ for another week or so, then I will return to MO and get the gun.

BTW Waldo, the answer to those dinky little Ruger grips is Herretts!
Even if you have to modify them a little.
A guy can't let a little thing like grips get in the way of owning a fun shooter.

I know they are great grips and was about to have a set made fot my S&W 2206 Target the only thing that had stopped me was a $200 price tag. 
Then I saw a pair of factory woods on fleabay and got them delivered for $52.15 and the were new never on a gun. They were made for the 622 Target and have the checkering and medallions and used ones were selling for $90 to $110 with shipping.
That said I could just never get into SA cowboy guns as an adult, because of hand size I guess. But when at the range I seldom shoot SA, unless I'm adjusting sights on new gun.
